I have been selected as a finalist for the Bethesda Painting Awards. Along with the other finalists, I will have work on exhibition at the Fraser Gallery in Bethesda. The prestigious judges this year were Carolyn K. Carris, Mark Karnes & Erling Sjovold. The opening reception for the exhibition will take place on June 11th, from 6-9 PM. If you can't make the opening the show will run until the end of June. I hope to see you there.

This September, I will be having a solo show of selected paintings at the Lee Arts Center in Arlington. I have been teaching one of my children's art classes in the space for almost four years now, and I have always admired the high quality work in the gallery. Come back soon for exact dates of the show.

I will be participating again in the 7th annual Light in October fine art exhibit and sale. The show will take place at the Barcroft Community House in Arlington, VA on the weekend of October 16th & 17th. More details to come.

I will be displaying work at the Evolve Urban Arts Project in the fall of 2010. The space is located in the H Street Arts and Entertainment District. Curator of the project, Eric Hope, saw my work at Artomatic and asked me to exhibit alongside mixed media artist Lisa K Rosenstein. The project offers a great opportunity for local artists to show work. I'm looking forward to this exhibit. Details to come.

After submitting work to the Black Rock Center For The Arts I was selected to exhibit in July of 2011. The arts center is located in Germantown, Maryland. Details to come.
